    The platform is fully mobile-friendly and works seamlessly in your phone’s browser. A dedicated app will be released in the near future.

  • I can’t upload photos, what should I do?

    Make sure your image is clear, high-resolution, and under the maximum file size allowed. Avoid group photos or blurry images.

  • Why can’t I log in?

    Check your email, use the password reset tool, and make sure caps lock isn’t on. If issues continue, contact support.
