Private Matchmaking

By checking the box and purchasing a private matchmaking package through Dream Date, you (“Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Dream Date provides personalized matchmaking services that include introductions to vetted individuals based on compatibility, preferences, and relationship goals. You are investing in a matchmaking service, not a guaranteed romantic outcome.

• You are paying for scouting, strategy, coaching, and introductions — not a relationship, engagement, or marriage.

• Dream Date cannot and does not guarantee romantic success or long-term compatibility.

2. Package Details

You agree to receive services as outlined in your selected package:

 A. One Match Journey – $2,500

• One fully scouted, hand-selected, and mutually approved introduction

• Comprehensive consultation

• Exclusive network search

• Personalized match presentation and strategy session

• Post-introduction coaching and support

B. Two Match Experience – $4,500 (Most Popular)

• Two curated introductions

• Extended network access and priority search

• Personalized consultation before each match

• Strategic feedback after each introduction

• Ongoing coaching and support

C. Three Match Elite – $6,500

• Three elite introductions

• Highest priority scouting status

• Deep compatibility dive

• Pre- and post-introduction coaching for each match

• Unlimited support during your journey

3. No Refunds After Completion

Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of the services, all matchmaking packages are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that significant time, effort, and resources are invested regardless of the outcome.

Upon completion of the agreement as described above, Dream Date, LLC shall have no further obligations to the Client under this agreement. Should the relationship between the Client and the Match subsequently end at any time after the Pause Period, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refund, credit, or additional services shall be due or provided.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

• Dream Date is not liable for the actions, behavior, or compatibility of individuals you are introduced to.

• We do not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated; clients are encouraged to exercise their own discretion and judgment.

• Dream Date makes no guarantees regarding the number of dates, chemistry, or long-term potential with any match.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to communicate honestly, participate actively, and show up respectfully to all consultations and introductions.

• You will not hold Dream Date responsible for any outcome following introductions, including unsuccessful or short-lived connections.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and matches are kept strictly confidential. You agree to uphold this confidentiality on your end as well.

By checking the box, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement. I understand that all sales are final and that Dream Date makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of relationships.

7. Pause Period

In the event that the Client is introduced to a Match and both parties mutually agree to proceed with dating, the Client’s package shall be placed on pause for a period of up to twenty-one (21) consecutive calendar days (the “Pause Period”).

8. Agreement Completion

If, on or before the twenty-first (21st) day of the Pause Period, the Client and the Match are still actively dating, the Client’s matchmaking agreement shall be deemed fully performed, completed, and finalized.

9. Termination of Services

At the conclusion of the Pause Period, whether or not the Client continues dating the Match, the Client’s package shall be considered closed, and all obligations under this agreement shall be discharged.
